Conference Attendee Agreements/Disclaimers

The Feminine Flow Conference is an educational and coaching event that provides general mental, physical and emotional health information. By registering for attendance and to participate in the activities of The Feminine Flow Conference, registrants and attendees agree to the following:

 

1. The seminars, workshops, programs and activities offered at this conference is not intended to provide mental health treatment and does not constitute a client/therapist relationship. The health care professionals speaking at this conference are not responsible for any mental and physical health issues registrants and attendees might have. If registrants and attendees feel they need therapy or medical care, it is recommended that they should engage the services of a mental health or medical professional. The information provided at this conference is not a replacement for the therapeutic relationship in psychotherapy or the coaching relationship or medical advice. Attendees participating in this conference do so with full knowledge that they waive any claim they may have against The Feminine Flow Conference, Candyce Anderson, MS, LPC, her staff, volunteers, representatives, guest speakers or vendors for reliance on any information presented during these informational activities.

 

2. There may be mental and physical risks associated with participating in activities at this conference for people with pre-existing mental and physical health conditions. Because these risks exist, registrants and attendees agree they will not participate in such activities if they have a pre-existing mental or physical health condition that may result in undue emotional risk, health conditions and/or injuries. If registrants and attendees choose to participate, they do so of their own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such activities. In order to participate in the physical activities, including but not limited to yoga, the foot wash, jump rope, the game of jacks and breathwork, registrants and attendees must sign a waiver.

 

3. In the seminars, workshops, and programs offered during this conference, there may be discussions of a specific problem those in attendance may have. Attendees are expected to use their own good judgment in taking any actions that may relate to any discussions during the seminar and no results are guaranteed in any way related to information provided at this conference. The presenters will support, assist and coach attendees, but The Feminine Flow Conference is in no way responsible for attendees’ actions.  All decisions and actions are ultimately the attendees and theirs alone to make.

 

4. The Feminine Flow Conference does not endorse and is not responsible for the views, opinions, facts, advice, statements, errors or omissions provided by speakers/presenters and/or guests/attendees at this conference, or their accuracy or reliability. The Feminine Flow Conference has no control over the information provided and/or statements made, so The Feminine Flow Conference accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or otherwise that may arise from registrants or attendees use of information provided and/or statements made. 

 

5. Registrants and attendees agree to release The Feminine Flow Conference, its staff, presenters, and any other individuals or entities associated with The Feminine Flow Conference, from any and all liability connected with their participation, as well as from any liability related to changes to the schedule, events or activities. Registrants and attendees acknowledge and agree that they are participating by their own choice and assume all risk in connection thereof, and that in the event that a need for emergency medical service arises, registrants and attendees authorize and consent to such services being provided at their own expense.

 

6. Registration and attendance at this conference constitutes an agreement by the registrant and attendee for The Feminine Flow Conference to use and distribute, both now and in the future, of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic/print reproductions, and audio tapes of the events and activities filmed and photographed during this conference. Attendees must sign a consent form before entering the venue of the conference. 

 

7. The Feminine Flow Conference Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

 

*All fees for this conference are non-refundable.

 

  • If a registrant is unable to attend an event for any reason, they have the following options:

  • Registration may be transferred to someone else to attend in their place. Notification must be received

  • in writing. Please send the name of the original registrant and the name of the person substituting to support@feminineflowexperience.com 2 days before the start of the conference. Please include “Conference Registrant Substitution” in the subject line.

  • Registration fees may be transferred to the next conference that will take place the following year. Transfer requests should be submitted in writing to support@feminineflowexperience.com within 14 days following the last day of the conference. Please include the name of the registrant in the email. In the subject line please include “Transfer Registration to Next Conference”. 

  • If unforeseen circumstances occur including, but not limited to inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence; and The Feminine Flow Conference is not able to continue with the conference. Registration fees may be transferred to the next conference that will take place the following year. Transfer requests should be submitted in writing to support@feminineflowexperience.com within 14 days following the announcement of the cancellation of the conference. Please include the name of the registrant in the email. In the subject line please include “Transfer Registration to Next Conference”.
